Facials at Tribeca Skin Center, performed by Rowena Woo, achieve what creams and pills sometimes cannot: a physical removal of debris and clogging (“comedos” also known as blackheads and whiteheads) from pores. The facial treatment starts with steam and thorough massage to soften the skin, then gentle manual extraction, followed by medical grade holistic toning to close pores, and to finish, a mask freshly made on-site, to tighten and seal in the treatment. Recommended for all skin types, especially those who do not tolerate other medical or cosmetic treatments. It’s a relaxing, therapeutic way to get done what you’re trying to do in the mirror at home alone.
